Bug Description

ISO: fuel-4.0-209-2013-12-26_15-03-18.iso
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create lab with
VM host - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz with SATA with 16G RAM with libvirt 1.2.0 and qemu 1.6.1
VM#1 kvm based with 1 virtio net card (2 CPU, 2048MB RAM) for controller
VM#2 kvm based with 1 virtio net card (2 CPU, 2048MB RAM) for Fuel
Supermicro 1 Xeon e3-1220, 16GB, HDD: 2x1TB, 2 networks HW server as compute

2. Install Fuel on VM#1
3. Create a new OpenStack environment with nova network on Ubuntu 12.04 with KVM as compute, Savanna and neutron GRE network

Installation of compute node failed with errors in dpkg
