radosw is not running

Bug Description

HA, ubuntu. Ceph as a object storage. Deploy was succesfull, however object storage doesn't work. I found radosgw isn't running.
Note, "service radosgw start" doesn't help. I can run it using "/etc/init.d/radosgw restart".

I can't see the /etc/init.d/radosgw file on a compute node
