Bug Description
In V1899 for me the Dynamic shadows are missing. It's enabled, the graphics debug window writes the shadow primitive numbers too, but no visible shadows. Tested with the default MSTS routes, where no shadows too.
Except this, everything is ok. Using Radeon HD 5770 gpu (no settings or drivers changed since months).
