Test data isn't deleted after stopping OSTF test "Savanna tests to create, list, start, checks and delete cluster"

1. Create new environment (Ubuntu, simple)
2. Choose Ceph volumes and installing Savanna
3. Add controller, compute and 2 ceph
4. Choose VLAN Manager in network settings. Choose 2 networs with size 128
5. Start deployment. It was successful
6. Start Platform Services Funcional tests.
7. Stop tests during test "Savanna tests to create, list, start, checks and delete cluster"
8. Login into Horizon
9. Test data (cluster, cluster templates, node group templates) doesn't deleted (see screens)

Additional info:

The same issue with Heat platform tests. After Stop tests the instance 'ost1_test-570100963-UpdatedInstance-tjlceafz4p5n' is not deleted.

Workaround:
1. Run functional tests.
2. Stop functional tests
All savanna and heat related object is deleted.

Looks like cleanup(cluster_deployment_info) from cleanup.py working only if Functional tests selected.

There is missing data in __profile__ attribute of platform tests module - <cleanup_path> element that provides path to code which is performing cleanup thus no cleaning actions at all were performed for platform tests.
