Make all wallpapers optional

Bug Description

I've just removed everything from /usr/share/wallpapers and KDE still works the same as before. So why enforce any wallpaper if they are not really required?

I mean moving anything that goes to /usr/share/wallpapers into a -wallpaper package and making the dependency on it optional.

Because the default wallpaper is part of the kde plasma workspace experience.

Also on an unrelated note it will then cause bug reports a la "yo, where be my wallpaper" and unless you become a bug triager *hint*hint* I don't see anyone willing to deal with that sort of thing :P

Changed in kde-wallpapers (Ubuntu):

FWIW if someone wants to permanently remove the files to reclaim disk space one could simply place a file in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/foo.conf containing something like

DPkg
{
Post-Invoke {"rm -rf /usr/share/wallpapers/*";};
};
