Bug Description
If a configuration has vinyl control input information for decks 3 and 4, the audio inputs will be set up before the number of decks has been increased, so the various signal/slot connections all fail.

This is fixed, although there is an alternative fix for storing deck count in soundmanager xml in the branch 4deck-init-take-2
