Bug Description
This issue has a critical priority because it can be reproduced during the demo.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install OpenStack on the server with bad performance (ot netbook, for example)
2. Run OSTF Sanity tests
Observed Result:
Murano OSTF test will FAIL with timeout error.
The root of this problem in the following:
When OSTF test sends the first request to Murano service, Murano will create all dabase structure, includes all tables and etc. It can take more than 5 seconds on the servers with bad performance.
We can increase timeout for the first requests to Murano API to avoid FAILs with incorrect timeouts in tests.
