Cannot open .zip File Correctly

I downloaded .zip file from this website
world of warplanes
http://worldofwarplanes.eu/en/content/docs/update/

MD5 : 5e4214a88840217980888a7e72c2431f

I tried to open it on ubuntu and got this

However this is how it looks on Windows using winrar

on windows I can extract this without a problem however on ubuntu I can extract that res folder but it has nothing to do with World of Warplanes
