Bug Description
Steps to reproduce as normal user:
$ gedit /var/log/syslog
File -> Save as (grayed out)
Ctrl+Shift+S is working, though.
Gedit 3.8.3
Ubuntu 13.10
Was in German ("Speichern unter") if that matters.
