title bar and address bar have starkly contrasting colors in Epiphany 3.10

Bug Description
I'm attaching screenshots of Epiphany 3.8.2 and Epiphany 3.10.3 (which just landed in Trusty) with the default Ambiance theme. In Epiphany 3.8, the title bar and address bar have the same color, which sets them nicely apart from content on web pages (which most often have a light background). In Epiphany 3.10, the title bar is dark but the address bar is light, which makes it blend into the content on some Web pages (as in the attached screenshot). This doesn't look so great.

Fixed upstream in 3.14, which is in Vivid.
