Configure OpenLP Window Bleeds into 2nd Screen

Bug Description
When the "configurar o OpenLP" PT-BR = "Configure OPenLP" window opens it bleeds into the 2nd screen being immediately projected. It does not allow resizing at all. It is to a point where the "Cancel" button is barely visible in the primary screen.
Both screens are set to 1024x768 and in extended mode.
We're using OpenLP 2.0.3 in Brazilian Portuguese running on Windows XP SP3.
