Binary package hint: evolution

After update to 2.x version evolution does not save user configuration. It is necessary reconfigure account information every time the system restart. It works fine if computer stay on: user change, etc., but the problem comes back after shutdown.

Thank you for your bug. Do you still have space on your disk? Does other programs store setting changes to gconf correctly? Do you have anything in .xsession-errors about the issue?

I have the same problem.

Tried evolution 2.10 for 1st time and it loses my config after every logout.

Please reopen this is clearly a bug.

I can also hit this bug, Evolution is unusable for me.

there is no indication you are having the same bug, could you open a new bug rather than using a closed one so the submitter doesn't get mailed about an issue that might be different from the one he had
