Bug Description
Using the CLI to delete nodes doesn't remove the node from cobbler.
[root@fuel-master ~]# fuel env
id | status | name | mode | release | changes
---|---
3 | error | 40+magfs-167-3 | ha_compact | 3 | [u'attributes', u'networks', [u'disks', 11], [u'disks', 18], [u'disks', 19], [u'disks', 20], [u'disks', 21], [u'disks', 22], [u'disks', 24], [u'disks', 25]]
[root@fuel-master ~]# fuel --env 3 node --node 23 --delete
Nodes with ids [23] were removed from environment with id 3.
The node remains in cobbler and will not boot into bootstrap. See attached sceenshot.

This is expected behavior, but unexpected message. CLI should show 'nodes were marked for deletion'. Actual removal of nodes will be done on apply of cluster configuration.
