Incorrect App Bundle Version on Mac OS X

The CFBundleVersion inside the Info.plist file for the latest version of Stellarium '0.12.4' is listed incorrectly as '0.12.2'

Also, the CFBundleVersionShortString key is missing, typically this is the user friendly version used by Mac OS X.

Having accurate version keys help systems admins who manage large numbers of Macs when deploying the software in their organization.
