[Metadata Repository][UI] We can download and store more than 1 yaml files in Manage Service section

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in WebUI
2. Navigate to Service Definitions
3. Select for example Apache Service and click on Manage Service
4. Look at UI Files section (we already have one file here) and click on "+ UI Files"
5. Download one more *. yaml file

Note
Need to add limitation here (like we did in Compose Service forms(radio button)), otherwise it is starnge that we can download and select only one yaml file in Compose Service/Modify Service forms
And if we have a few yaml files service is invalid

    Hide "Upload UI file" btn in manage service table

    There is should be only one ui definition in service
    So need to show "Upload UI file" only ic case there is no any
