Documentation issues (can be immediately fixed)

3.1 When listing global roles (GET
/v2.0/OS-KSADM/roles​?serviceId=string&​marker=string&​limit=int) the
"marker" value is undefined. I assume it is the "id" of the role, but
this
has not been documented or verified. None of the parameters are defined
in
the definition tables.

3.4 When listing roles for a user (GET /v2.0/users/{userId}/roles), there
is incorrect JSON in example 4.33.

3.5 When getting details of a role (GET /v2.0/OS-KSADM/roles/{roleId}),
you outline that the roleId param is a string. But in every example and
real world usage it's an integer. The definition is also blank.
