Bug Description

Afterthe upgrade from Kubuntu 13.04 to Kubuntu 13.10 I'm observing that KWin is leaking about 40Mbyte/min while running OpenGL 3.x applications like (wine, TF2, ...).

KWin only leaks memory while compositing is enabled and in the moment the OpenGL 3 program is closed all the leaked memory is released with it.

 * There is no memory leaked while compositing is disabled
 * Disabling the blurring effect reduces the memory leak, but it is still observable while running OpenGL 3 programs around 5MByte/min
 * OpenGL 1.x programs seem to have no effect on the amount of memory leaked. I tried it with glxgears and I didn't observe any memory leak.

I'm not sure but the bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327291 is maybe related, but I observe the leaked memory only while running OpenGL 3 applications, moving windows, switching activities have no effect on my system.
