Bug Description

Currently GMFs are generated in the post_execute phase of the event based calculator, by using a number of cores equal to the number of SES. This is fine for our typical usage in the cluster, when we have 200 SES. However there are situations where we want to generate a single SES (i.e. for performance benefits during SES generation) as well as other situations where we want to generate thousands of SES (i.e. for convergency sake). The calculator should be efficient in all cases and that can be achieved if we split per block of ruptures, independently from the number of SES.
