Bug Description
u-d-m's group download function allows us to pass a hash value for the files we're asking it to download. Currently we don't pass any hashes because we don't know them for all the files.
It would be better to pass hash values for the files where the server tells us the hash.
Perhaps we can also explore extensions to the index.json format to include hashes for all the files.
