Update Manager Fails - Files not found

Bug Description

Don't know if a bug or not. Maybe just an error in posting files for the update. Update manager said there are 26 updated needed. Click Install Updates. Told libqt4-dbus, libqt4-dbus, and qdbus (yes libqt4-dbus s listed twice) need to installed too. Click on "OK". Update fails saying files could not be found and giving location. All missing files appear to be located at http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/q/qt4-x11/{file name}. The error message says, "W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/q/qt4-x11/libqt4-opengl_4.8.4+dfsg-0ubuntu9.5_i386.deb
404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.181 80]". If I go to the URL using a browser at least one or more files are present. If I go the IP address, the files are missing.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Linux Mint 15 "oliva: MATE 64-bit version.
Tried update via apt-get update and apt-get upgrade that fails with same error as I expected.
Tried changing software sources in Update Manage from http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu to http://mirrors.liquidweb.com/ubuntu. Update(s) failed with same error.
