Install Compute controller services in OpenStack Installation Guide for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, and Fedora - havana

In step 7, the following commands should reference the "keystone_authtoken" stanza rather than the "default" stanza in nova.conf:

openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova.conf DEFAULT auth_host controller
openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova.conf DEFAULT admin_user nova
openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova.conf DEFAULT admin_tenant_name service
openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova.conf DEFAULT admin_password NOVA_PASS

Additionally need to add "auth_protocol = http" and "auth_port = 35357" directives under the "keystone_authtoken" stanza.

Also affects guide for SUSE-style distributions.
