wrong aspect ratio for wide screen chocolate background

Bug Description

the image is 1600x900 pixels, this should either be 1920x1200, or 1440x900.
AFAIK a 1600x900 resolution doesn't exist.

It's 1600x900 so it works at 16:9 ratios, but it turns out most monitors are
16:10. The latest backgrounds are correct. This bug will no longer be r relevant
in hoary soon.
