Simple interface opens Panorama editor

Bug Description
When a scanned photo is opened, Hugin ask for camera and lens data. If Hugin is in simple mode, the Panorama editor window appears but it has no contents except for a toolbar and it can't be closed.

Mac OS X 10.6.8 and OS X 10.9.0

I can't reproduce on Windows. It seems that the wxMac port uses a different approach for parent of dialogs. Tried to fix correct parent for lens data dialog in changeset c96d400a269c.
