Bug Description
The document opens with step 1:
Install the main Neutron server, Neutron libraries for Python, and the Neutron command-line interface (CLI):
However...there is no command under it. It just is a colon implying something should be after it.

Indeed, the instructions for Ubuntu are missing - someone needs to provide them.
The packages that are installed on other distros are "openstack-neutron python-neutron python- neutronclient" . Which ones are needed for Ubuntu?
