Bug Description

there is a need to seperate the heal, carryall and toggle power cursors because all of these share one frame so you can't really use all three, i would recommend making this customizable by using the SW.Cursor tags

Toggle power was fixed in the Ares Implementation.

In Ares 0.D it will be possible to customize any of those cursors via the new [MouseCursors] section. The cursors are named Tote, InfantryHeal, and TogglePower.

17.139.1131, Tote, InfantryHeal and TogglePower cursors (and several others not mentioned here) work properly when redefined in the [MouseCursors] section.
