Can't play stream URL using video:///

Bug Description

I am writing a veetle app and i'd like to play the streams with mediaplayer-app using Qt.openUrlExternally('video:///STREAM_URL') but the URL Dispatcher restricts this to only file:///home/*/Videos/*
