Bug Description
Currently traps.csv and ac.csv are not checked for content validity, other than whatever is done by Text::CSV. For example, an empty traps.csv file would pass basic checks, but produce a trivial (empty) simulation.
Check that we have at least one trap for the simulation. If AC is required, at least one should exist.
