Error with contracts after uploading ODT file

Bug Description

When I upload an ODT file from here: http://localhost/guatemala/index.php/lists?type=contract&id=contract_type|10 and after that I try to print a contract I get this error: http://pastebin.com/WBea8tU8 But when I go to MD:http://localhost/guatemala/index.php/magicDataBrowser/show/I2CE/formsData/forms/contract_type/10/fields and I make and import/upload of the ODT file then the contract is printed fine.

I have the same problem when I set the default value form xml with binary file, It fixes only when I go to MD interface and I make an import.
