[murano] Muranoconductor count doesn`t equal 1

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create cluster with the following configuration:
    - multi-node
    - centos
    - nova-network
    - murano
    - no Ceph
2. Add the following nodes:
    - controller, cinder, compute x3
3. Deploy cluster.
4. Inspect cluster for errors.

There is an error with muranoconductor:
muranoconductor count not equal to 1

Yes, it is known issue and we already created other buf for Murano & CentOS. We plan to fix it for 12/16.

We have fix for this issue and we will have ISO with this fix 12/17. The latest ISO should contain this fix, need to retest.

Mike, fix should be commited in packages and as I know it is already fixed, need to retest.
