2 TestVM images after the deployment on OpenStack cluster

Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install Fuel from the latest iso 134 build: http://
2. Start to deploy simple environment: Ubuntu, Neurtron GRE, 1 controller, 'install Murano'
3. Wait for finish of the deployment and navigate to the Horizon dashboard
4. Log into Horizon dashboard and navigate to Project > Images & Snapshots
Observed Result:
2 images with one name TestVM. Looks like the root of this problem in duplicated images without Murano agent and with Murano agent. (please see attached screenshot for more detailed information)

I deployed new env on ISO #142, and see only one image TestVM there. So I can not reproduce this issue.
