Availability: in universe in trusty.
Rationale: build (and runtime) dependency of euca2ools 3.X

Summary:
 python http client built on top of python-requests, which is built on top of urllib3. Provides an executable 'httpget' that utilizes its library. It is a fairly standard packaged python package.

 There is nothing noteworthy in my review of UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements.
