Bug Description
The gui does not show a configuration screen for local charms. The gui does not tell you that it cannot show you the configuration screen for local charms, either.

Hi Dave. We are slowly trying to coordinate with Juju Core to give us more information about local charms, but meanwhile I don't quite know what you are reporting.
We should have a working *editable* configuration tab in the inspector (the tab with a wrench on it). Are you reporting that this is not working?
Your screenshot shows the charm read-only detail view. It does not include configuration information. It seems maybe you are talking about that missing tab (which we ought to be able to display now, actually, AFAIK) but then I'm confused because you say that "[t]he gui does not tell you that it cannot show you the configuration screen for local charms, either." The screenshot shows where we *do* say that we only have "limited information."
Could you help clarify?
