Please sync xf86-video-msm 1.0.1+git20100122.5f7df591-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Rebuild for new abi.
  * Add kill-mibstore.diff to fix building against 1.14
  * Rebuild for new abi.
  * Add kill-mibstore.diff to fix building against 1.14
  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - 05_x113.patch: Patch to work against new abi.
    - Tighten build dependency on xserver-xorg-dev.
  * No-change rebuild for Ubuntu.

05_x113.patch -> 04_port_to_xorg_server_1.13.patch
kill-mibstore.diff -> 05_port_to_xorg_server_1.14.patch
NOTE: didn't tested on armhf! No workstation on such as arch.
