Disks for some machines not showing in web gui

I created a new USB disk for fuel -3.2.1 and amended the ks.cfg to reflect the changes in https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1259276

The disk now installs, whereas before it hung whilst looking for the http://picpaste.com/Screen_Shot_2013-12-06_at_12.58.38_PM-Th5yYa1O.png

The Master now installs, nail gun runs but shows the first two lines at the start.

When I try and view some machines in the web gui the disks don't show.

Despite being able to see them if I ssh to the individual machine
