Ability to mark a few images with one title

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Download two linux-images in glance
2. Navigate to Murano > Images
3. Add first image with Title 'Test'
4. Add second image with Title 'Test'

Observed Result:
User can create a few images with one Title. In this case only lates images in this list will be selected for VMs.
(please see attached screenshot for more detailed information)

Expected Result:
User can not mark a few images with one Title, Title should be uniuq for this tenant.
