pvcreate used before lvm2 is installed in "Configure a Block Storage Service node"

pvcreate and vgcreate is used in step 2, but lvm2 is only installed in step 4. It seems like lvm2 is installed by default on some servers I have access to, but not on others, resulting in "command not found".

    Missing LVM package install step on Ubuntu

    The Cinder Block Storage service node guide was missing a
    step to install the lvm2 packages. These packages needed
    to be installed before the pvcreate and vgcreate steps
    were initiated.
