Limit Browse view to the user directory

Tested with latest Github master on OSX 10.8.5

The library`s Browse view allows to browse the entire drive from the root folder up, while it should be limited to the User directory. It just confusing.
Untested, if it also escalates user rights.

We are doing this at least since I started working on Mixxx. If I
remember correctly the reason for this is that under Linux you can mount
drives to arbitrary positions in the folder tree. This way we also
support more exotic mount points like:

/net_mount/nas_music
/opt/this/looks/like/a/good/place/for/music

Is this fixed since we have Quick Links?
Any directory can be put there, thus the root view doesn't need to be expanded.
