Graph Info all flat?

Bug Description
I have this wonderful program installed on two desktops and one laptop all running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. The laptop has flat lines across the board but has the number data as working "I mean it shows data" but the bar graph nothing "flat lines". The same with one of the desktops. Is there any way to find out what other software I need to get this to work? Could someone tell me what they need to help with this?

Hi, thank you for the time spent in test UPnP Router Control.
First question: is UPnP feature enabled in your router configuration?
If UPnP is enabled and other programs (like Transmission) can open ports on your router, please run URC from the console in debug mode for give me more informations:
upnp-router-control --debug
