Bug Description

For less powerful CPUs we should make this an option. Alternatively we could figure out how to make rubberband take less CPU?

RubberBand has a lot of configuration options. I wonder if instead we can configure it to use less CPU at the cost of some quality. Maintaining two separate scalers for tempo/pitch shifting is going to be a pain.

For me it is really a strong regression, if we loose the key lock feature on old devices:
