date or time format have both date and time

Bug Description

It is the first time I use my new destkop on a brand new installation of Xubuntu with a brand new home (formatted disk).

If you chose to display only the date or only the time, you will always get date and time because each format of date or time is the same :
"%a, %d %b %H:%M"

This no longer seems to be an issue. Xubuntu 22.10, xfce4-datetime-plugin 0.8.1-1
