attached is appearance:
left - before the drag
middle - during the drag
right - after the drag
before and after the drag, the stroke width is constant, during the drag it is not constant.
This discrepancy exists regardless of whether the visual/geometric bbox is used.
not reproduced on Inkscape 0.48.4
