Bug Description

Open the settings, then the Accounts page. The page looks as those its integrated with Settings, as there is a back button in the toolbar, but in fact its running as a separate app shown in the Recent Apps on the dash. Using the back button does not stop the app either.
In fact its quite easy to get multiple instances of the app running, which can lead to crashing Unity.

Yes, the way that Online Accounts is currently started is a bit of a hack. It's unfortunately the only solution possible though, until bug 1230091 is fixed.
Closing as a duplicate of that bug.
