2. Choose installing Savanna, Murano
3. Add controller, compute, cinder
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. Start OSTF tests
6. Test "Savanna tests to create, list, start, checks and delete cluster" has failed on second step with error

I guess Lab is very slow for this tests.
If tests failed with 20 sec timeout on the simple step 'Create node group templates' makes no sense create Savanna cluster on this lab
