Bug Description

Getting an error in trove cli commands:

ubuntu@int-test2:/tmp/python-troveclient$ trove --os-auth-url=http://localhost:35357/v2.0 --os-tenant-name=trove --os-username=radmin --os-password=radmin list
ERROR: global name 'Instances' is not defined

ubuntu@int-test2:/tmp/python-troveclient$ trove --os-auth-url=http://localhost:35357/v2.0 --os-tenant-name=trove --os-username=radmin --os-password=radmin create --size 2 test 2
ERROR: global name 'Instances' is not defined
