Bug Description
Fuel began to create linux vlan interfaces that looks like ethX.XXXX. This kind of interfaces could be(and should be) created with using linux bridges/vlans and shouldn't exist if OVS is used. So if we using neutron with OVS be default they shouldn't be created.
