Bug Description
After environment snapshot revert in system tests, sometimes nova-compute does not update service status. Research shows that there are some bugs in looping call task created by nova-compute service. Currently only nova-compute service restart can help to make nova-compute work again. We need to investigate it as it introduces false positive system tests results.
