1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Choose installing Savanna, Murano
3. Add controller, compute, cinder
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. Start OSTF tests
6. Test "Create stack, check its details, then update and delete Heat stack" has failed on second step with error
Time limit exceeded while waiting for stack status becoming 'CREATE_COMPLETE' to finish. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.

    Added flavor creation to heatmanager.py.

    Own flavor is needed for successful stack creation in parallel with other tests.

This bug was fixed only in Fuel 3.2.1.
To fix this bug in Fuel 4.0 I need to commit updates for heatmanager.py module (OSTF package).
But before I commit the updates I need to get my current review (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/59697/) closed.

Actually this fix was merged in master (because you send it in master) As about 3-2 it was rejected here
