Please sync lynx-cur 2.8.8pre1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for new ports.
This delta was integrated into Debian.
Changelog entries since current trusty version 2.8.8dev.

- add clarification in manpage regarding -force_html option versus -dump
