Restoring from backup fails

Bug Description

I did backup my home folder using the Ubuntu Backup tool (deja-dup). Now I need to restore my home folder, but the application exits because of an unknown error.

I attached the debug logfile.

Do you remember how you got the duplicity-full.20131117T082351Z.vol288.difftar.log file in your backup folder? Delete that and try again.

I don't really remember, but it is possible that I started a backup process before which I had to cancel because I wanted to exclude a few directories. Then I started the actual backup with the correct parameters. Restoring from that backup failed.
