Bug Description

Binary package hint: cdebootstrap

cdebootstrap's minimal approach would be useful, but it only can bootstrap debian system, and no ubuntu distribs.
it should be extended like debootstrap to be able to bootstrap ubuntu as well as debian distros.

Hi,

cdebootstrap can bootstrap Ubuntu systems, or at least is supposed
to.

DId you get an error while trying it, or did it just claim to know nothing
about Ubuntu?

Thanks,

James
